Help appeal from little child, Muhammed

Muhammad Zahariev Dormushev is 1 year old, born in Sofia. He suffers from excretory system congenital dysfunction. At 2 months of age he had bilateral ureterostomy (a surgical procedure that detaches both ureters from the bladder, and brings them to the surface of the abdomen with the formation of an opening (stoma) to allow passage of urine). Despite the surgery followed by continuous medication treatment for keeping him alive, Muhammad’s condition is still critical.

Therefore, an urgent medical consultation with a foreign specialist as well as a surgery for attaching the ureters back to the bladder is necessary. Frequently occurring kidney infections as a result of constant bacteria flow through the stomas are the main reason for a second surgery.

Muhammad’s family is forced to travel to Italy as soon as possible in order to get the appropriate medical help, inshaAllah. The estimated expenses are somewhere around 15,000 BGN which is a way too high to be undertaken by family and relatives only.
